Would you like never frozen crab cakes shipped overnight to your
door, or to someone as a special gift? We are the Robert Morris Inn located
in the port of Oxford, Maryland. Our crabcake reputation is unmatched. We don’t
use imported crabmeat. Our crab cakes are made only with Pure
Blue™ (never imported) lump
backfin crabmeat. Each crab has just two pieces of lump backfin. It takes about
forty-five crabs to make six crab cakes!
Gibson Family owned and operated for over thirty-seven years, the Robert Morris
Inn has been awarded the Governor's Citation Award from the State of Maryland
for excellence in hospitality. The restaurant and accommodations are one of
the oldest historic inns in the United States. Our crab cake orders are processed
in a room dating back to 1710. In colonial times, the building was used to
help ship tobacco to Europe. Today, it is famous for shipping crab cakes as
far as Hawaii!
