Robert Morris Inn crab cakes are better than lobster! When it comes to taste with ease of preparation, no seafood dish can compare. Easily combine a great steak recipe with our crab cakes to create Chesapeake Bay Surf & Turf.

For our shipping customers we have created the original baked surf and turf recipe. It is so super easy to prepare, that even novice cooks can look like chefs!

Baked Surf And Turf™

Preheat oven to 400º F for 10 minutes. Total cooking time is 20 minutes.

With non-stick spray or butter lightly coat a pan for baking Robert Morris Inn crab cakes. Place each crab cake on the pan.

Put your favorite 6 ounce filet mignon on another baking pan. Coat each filet mignon in butter and sprinkle all sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Open the oven and place the pan of filet mignon and the other pan of crab cakes on the center rack. Quickly close the oven door.

After 10 minutes flip each filet mignon over while baking. Be careful! Tongs are recommended.

In another 10 minutes remove the filet mignon and crab cakes. Filet mignon should come out to be medium. Increase or decrease cooking time of the filet mignon if you want below or above medium.

Place your Chesapeake Bay Surf & Turf on fine china to be enjoyed. You now have prepared a meal fit for royalty!
